Last year, our beloved White Rock Center of Hope was burglarized while no one was in the building. Earlier this week, our Executive Director was violently assaulted while the doors were open serving the community. We need your help now to help create a safe and secure future for White Rock Center of Hope.
Your donation will help provide additional exterior lighting, security cameras, new entry doors to Neighbor Services spaces (Food Pantry, Clothing Closet, Financial Assistance, and Empowerment Services), and some additional interior security measures. And, importantly, it will allow the White Rock Center of Hope to continue serving neighbors at their time of need in a safe and secure facility.
The Center has opened a designated “Safekeeping Fund” to enhance building security for the protection of everyone. 100% of your donation to this fund will be used to improve the safety and security of our facility for the benefit of the entire community, including neighbors served, volunteers, staff, and the many people who visit the campus every day to shop, donate, and make a difference.
