Our Services

A number of services exist to help with emergency aid and/or to help people journey toward self-sufficiency.

If you are seeking help, please call 214.324.8996 (Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm) to schedule an appointment.

Those seeking financial assistance may complete an online application or call to arrange a time to provide that information through a telephone appointment.

Food Pantry

Our Food Pantry program distributes ~400,000 pounds of food valued at over $680,000 to families in need each year. Families may come monthly for food assistance.

Clothing Closet

Families may come once every three months, with each seasonal change, and select four outfits per family member. Over 40,000 pieces of clothing are distributed annually in addition to the clothing that we share with other area agencies. Household items and bedding are distributed as needed.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is provided one time in a twelve month period to help families avoid eviction and loss of utilities. We are able to give ~$100,000 a year to people in need.
